What is a picnic without the barbecue, baked potatoes and fresh vegetables? Everyone has her favorite recipe. I am no exception. Here's my version of baby back ribs in a spicy soy glaze, new potatoes, baked in a fragrant salt and fresh salad with a delicious dressing based on soy sauce.

It consists of: 150 g of soy sauce, juice and zest of one lemon, small piece of ginger (finely chopped), 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 zubochka of garlic (skip through the press), 1 small chili pepper (finely chopped) 150 g of olive oil and 2 tbsp of sesame oil. Stored for a long time and no problems with the salad dressing – the usual seasonal vegetables with a soy dressing that turned into a delicious and unusual salad to taste. The photo is already finished dressing, cooked it a week ago. A jar of dressing before use you must shake the photo shows that the soy sauce and all the spices settle to the bottom.

Periodically look into the oven, take out the meat, turn skewers and pour the remaining marinade. The smells from the meat and potatoes soar stunning!
