Baked tomatoes with a bread crust
Juicy tomatoes and crispy bread crust with herbs and Parmesan. Great easy warm appetizer or side dish. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Александр1981 called "Tomato baked" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Bread

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Oregano

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Salt

Tomatoes cut lengthwise into 2 parts, put in the form, add salt and drizzle with olive oil.

Garlic, herbs and bread grind in a processor to a state not too small crumbs. Garlic skip through the press or chop before adding the bread, otherwise you will come across fairly large pieces.

Parmesan cheese to grate finely and add to bread crumbs together with olive oil, mix well.

On each tomato to put on the full tablespoon of grain mixture, in General, how many will be able to place. Bake in a preheated oven (220*C) for 15-20 minutes, careful that the crumbs flushed, but not burning. Tomatoes will be hot, but softens.

Serve hot as a snack or side dish. Here is my version of a snack: with emulsified dressing of 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp olive oil. Already on a plate add green leaves, capers and finely chopped red onion. Bon appetit!
