Cooking

step-0
The main ingredients for our salad. The original recipe asked to take crab sticks, but I like more crab meat. Also, instead of sausage you can get lean ham.
step-1
It's very simple. First, cut into small cubes sausage. I use the shredder as out beautiful identical cubes.
step-2
Second, grind pepper. The original recipe asked to take the peppers of different colors - yellow and green, then the salad will be even brighter. I usually take one large red pepper.
step-3
Thirdly, shred cheese. If desired cheese can be grated on a coarse grater.
step-4
Fourthly, shred crab meat.
step-5
And, finally, add all the chopped ingredients, mayonnaise and salt.
step-6
Mix well. Favorite salad is ready! To prepare the salad does not need much time, because you don't need anything pre-boil, and the products are simple. In addition, the salad is hearty, delicious and quite unusual. So the salad can be quickly prepared if unexpected guests looked.
step-7
The recipe for this salad I found on the Internet about 8 years ago and recorded in my cookbook. Since that time this salad got the name "Beloved" (original "breeze") and became a frequent guest on our table. By the way, now my main cookbook is for the Cook! ))) but this salad, I've not found, so I decided to share! And I really hope that someone in this salad, like us, have to taste!
step-8
Salad can be submitted in a large salad bowl or in individual portions, as this time I did. When serving, decorate with greens.
step-9
And this is the casual version of your favorite salad. The original recipe suggested cheese to grate - so I also do quite often. Decorate the salad that is at hand - in this case, the julienne of fresh cucumber.
