Divine drink based on espresso. This is the MOST DELICATE of all types of coffee, which I had to try. Hot, fragrant, creamy vanilla flavor... mmmmmmmmmm... If You love a delicate coffee, I respect Latte and Cappuccino - this coffee will not leave You indifferent!

Cooking
For this wonderful drink in the first place, we need, of course, espresso. If You are not the owner of the machine, you can substitute strong coffee from the Turks - it is not for nothing that the RAF-coffee [b] family[/b] ;-)
Also, we will need a cream with a fat content of 10-11%. For home cooking this drink I can offer You 3 options. For the first and second options we need a good cream to warm up: I used the microwave 1.5-2 minutes at a power of 800. Our coffee needs to be hot!!
Further, regardless of the selected preparation method we have to mix coffee and cream and add the vanilla sugar, (or in my case sugar + vanilla). About vanilla: I love vanilla crystal company "Parfait", left, about 1/3 - 1/2 teaspoon. But with vanilla you have to be careful to avoid bitterness. So look for their products that would be the vanilla flavor was pronounced, but no more.
Option # 1: beat our blend of coffee+cream+sugar with a whisk. Whisk CAREFULLY! Option # 2: beat the mixture with a blender for cocktails (this option can not demonstrate in the absence of such equipment...)
Option # 3: for those who have again have coffee - whisk coffee cappuccino.
