Profiteroles with butter cream
Very tasty.. tender cakes with creamy chocolate cream.. Cook just... and a lot of time cooking will not take..

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Salt

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

Water boil... it is soluble in oil.. salt.. add flour.. remove from heat... and well knead the dough until smooth

Add to the dough eggs... and a good mix up until smooth... using a pastry bag otkryvaem the dough on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at a temperature of 220*C...for 30-35 minutes (until Golden brown... Then take your time to get it out of the oven... let it get a little dry in turned off oven

For the cream... will Break the chocolate. put it in the cream... the cream is heated, while stirring, until complete dissolution of chocolate and thick masses

Well cool cream... add the softened butter... and vzbivayte 5-6 minutes.. until the mixture will increase in volume twice... and will not hold the shape

The cooled profiteroles cut lengthwise... and using a pastry syringe to stuff them with cream (I put more canned cherry.. pre-obsesiv them on a napkin). And cover with the removed cap... not pressing... Put in a cold place for 1 hour..
