Cooking
Boil chicken fillet, fry mushrooms.
Make a sauce. For this mix equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise.
Cut cucumbers and cabbage, three cheese on a small grater.
Spread the filling on pita bread. First the chicken, cabbage, carrots and cucumbers. Then liberally grease sauce, sprinkle with seasoning and grated cheese.
Spread on a baking sheet and put in oven (I cooked in an electric oven) for 3-5 minutes to ensure that the pita bread is not dry on top, it can be lightly greased with sauce or sunflower oil.
