Pomposi - I so affectionately call dumplings. Love the fragrant smell of garlic??? And warm cream cheese??? Then come on in! This is one of pomposi and to borsch is good and instead of bread, and as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

Take the paste. Make the dough. In warm water bred yeast, add the sugar, a pinch of salt and Cup of flour. Give it brew for 30-40 minutes.

The dough should be well up. Add to it the vegetable oil and the remaining flour. Knead well elastic dough. I got so carried away that bothered about 10 minutes :-D Cover the dough and leave for an hour to rise.

Meanwhile, prepare a filling. Chop the herbs and press the garlic.

Mix the cheese with the garlic and half of green.

Our dough has rested. Just abenaim, it lagged behind the hands. Prepare a baking pan - grease with butter. And begin to sculpt pomposi :-[ Osipyan piece of dough, slightly replusive on hand. In the center put a little filling.

Good fix the edges and begin to roll a ball between your palms.

The ball dipped in a little vegetable oil and put into the form. This much I got :-[ Leave of pomposi for 10 minutes to rest.

Mix the egg with the remaining herbs. Lubricates and rested on top of pomposi. Sent in a preheated 180-200*C for 15-20 minutes.

Get these beautiful women pomposi. Very fragrant and delicious and cold and hot! Can be used as the basis for snack cut lengthwise, put it inside a leaf of lettuce and a piece of fish or meat *THUMBS UP*
