Cooking
Knead the dough. In the sifted flour pour 200 ml of hot water with salt and vegetable oil. Thoroughly knead the dough. Roll it into a ball and allow to rest in bed.
In minced meat add onion, minced and salt. You can add pepper to taste and finely chopped greens if you like. It is also desirable to knead the minced meat with the addition of water or milk, so it was juicy.
Tomatoes cut into thin slices. Grate cheese on a grater.
Divide the dough into balls and thinly roll out into round tortillas.
Put the dough a tablespoon of stuffing and spread it on half of tortillas.
On top lay slices of tomatoes.
Tomatoes sprinkle with grated cheese.

Fry in deep fat on medium heat. Ready pasties to fold into a saucepan and cover with a lid so that they become soft.
