Mushroom soup with sauerkraut
A simple and very affordable soup, for variety daily menu))

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    100 g

  • Sauerkraut

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    8 piece

  • Green onions

  • Sour cream

Pearl barley to soak overnight. Boil it until almost cooked in water (can be in soup, if you want a more hearty and rich soup). Add to the barley wrung sauerkraut. Sprinkle with salt, cook until tender cabbage and willingness barley.
