My dear, I think, for anybody not a secret that the Chinese are one of the fittest Nations in the world! Preparing this soup, I clearly understand why! One of the rare hearty with practically negative calories! A portion of soup contains just 350 calories, and calculate how much you will spend energy on preparation and digestion!!! And everything else is also very tasty and healthy!!! Help yourself!!!

Cooking
This soup is great the rice company Mistral "Basmati GOLD", it does not fall apart and looks very nice in the finished dish! Boil broth and cook the rice until tender.
While cooking the rice, we cut very thin strips of carrots, celery, parsley root, kohlrabi. Green onions cut into rings (believe me, you have spent more calories, than eat!!!). Once the rice is cooked, add all the vegetables to the soup and simmer for 3 (!!!) minutes.
While languishing vegetables, clean and finely chop the ginger. A minute before the end of cooking add in the soup ginger, rice wine (any dry), soy sauce, powder of chili pepper and freshly ground pepper.
Serve the soup hot, it is imperative, in order to enjoy all the aromas and flavors! Don't cook the soup more than I eat in one go (better to cook vegetables in individual portions of broth with rice). In the soup you can add shrimp (peeled shrimp for 5 minutes until cooked soup in a broth) That's all! All a pleasant appetite!!!
