Such a funny name I met in the book "Recipes of Ukrainian cuisine". As it turned out, the rascals - it's succulent sausages from the Turkey and cheese. For a side dish you can serve delicious brown rice INDICA BROWN

Ingredients

  • Milk

    25 ml

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

  • Rice brown

Start with the side dish, while he will cook, we will cook sausages. I chose the brown rice bags INDICA BROWN. In boiling salted water drop the bags with the rice, cover and cook for 35 minutes, until fully cooked

And while preparing the garnish, cook the rascals. Ready ground Turkey meat add grated cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, pepper and egg. Knead well

The formed sausage, panira them in breadcrumbs and laminating by hand to obtain a smooth oblong shape. If time allows, send the rascals for 15 minutes in the freezer to better hold the shape. Fry the sausages in a well heated pan in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
