Finally appeared in the sale of cabbage, and hence the true spring is approaching, although looking out on the street, do not say: snow, frost... And a young cabbage - is that supposed to mean? Right, stuffed! But, because the post will say, and you'd be absolutely right!!! So today we will prepare it meatless cabbage rolls meatless brand! Very unusual filling for stuffed cabbage, which actually was very tasty, and the hearty cabbage rolls. I was afraid that my husband wouldn't eat it, he is too skeptical glances at my body movements during the cooking process, but, surprisingly, I was wrong... ate and slurped. Cooking
To prepare the foods: onions and carrots to clean. With cabbage remove the upper leaves, heads out to wash. Finely chop the greens.
The millet I used the Mistral, it is very clean, a pleasure to cook with him. Millet thoroughly washed several times until clear water, then calcined in a dry frying pan until flowability.
Pour 2 cups boiling water, add 1 tbsp oil, bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, cover and leave to cool.

Add the carrots and sauté all together until soft carrots.
To the cooled millet add the browned vegetables, salt and pepper to taste and, if you wish, seasoning for cabbage.
Add the greens and everything is very thoroughly mixed. Here and ready our unusual filling.
Cabbage to treat the way you used to. Somebody cut the stalk and pripuskaet cabbage in boiling water for a few minutes, someone separates the sheets one by one and obvalivat them separately from the head. The young, tender cabbage stalk cut was very easy, which I did. Then cooks the cabbage in boiling salted water 4 minutes, took out, removed about half the leaves until they are easily shot, and head back in the boiling water for another 3 minutes. After that the remaining leaves are well starred. A decoction save.
