All the famous salad in the new version. Something very much I miss the good old salad and decided a little redecorating - a La Charlotte. Soon the New year and maybe some idea will come in handy.

Cooking
Potatoes, carrots, onions cleaned, cut into small cubes.
Cucumber and sausage cut into.
Add green peas (leave some for decoration) and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Put the salad in the middle of the dish.
Beat eggs with salt. Add the flour and vegetable oil.
Bake pancakes.
Grate the cheese, add a little mayonnaise. Mix well.
