Salad
Spring, lack of vitamins, you want something of that sort-but the simple vitamin. And to mind came the salad, which often made my grandma, jokingly calling it exactly because the ingredients are found in any family. Very tasty, vitamin! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Slice small boiled potatoes

Salty cucumber

Sauerkraut if it is too salty, rinse under running cold water. I was moderately salty, so this step is skipped. With peas drain the water. Mix it all together. Fill with butter. And here's a simple vitamin salad is ready!!!
