Like chicken jelly, like the chicken in the sauce satsivi, like "meat mayonnaise", but all these different dishes. I thought, thought and decided to combine all three meals into one, of course, something changing, something adding something removing. And it turned out beautiful, delicious, fragrant and spicy aspic. Ahead of the big spring holiday of Easter, I recommend this dish for the Easter table!

Boil chicken broth with onion, carrot, celery, salt. While cooking the broth, walnuts grind into fine crumbs.

The garlic and coriander chop finely.

Boiled chicken dismantle, remove the skin, it is not useful to us, separate the meat from the bones and chop it. Add the meat, walnuts, garlic and coriander, Khmeli-suneli, ground black pepper, salt, if necessary.

The broth is filtered, molded 750-800 ml of broth, taste for salt, broth should be salty enough. Half a Cup of the broth cooled, you can put on the balcony or in the freezer. In cold broth, pour the gelatine and leave for 15 minutes for swelling. Swollen gelatin combine with the rest of the warmed broth and stir to dissolve the gelatin. Boil is not necessary! The cooled broth with the gelatin until it's warm. Warm the broth with the gelatin add the mayonnaise and stir.

Pour the meat with a gelatin solution, stir gently and put into the form. Send the form to the chill of the night.
