Caviar of eggplant
Revised versions of the recipes on the website, I must say that to my surprise, there were not so many and not all of them have step by step photos. So I decided to share with you the recipe, which for many years preparing spawn my grandmother. I hope this recipe will not be superfluous, since it is quite simple and consists of a minimum of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Tomato juice

    250 ml

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper
