Bruschetta with mushroom pate
Very simple, quite low recipe, can decorate and festive table, and weekday morning with a Cup of coffee. With forest mushrooms, of course, delicious, but so good! Try?

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    125 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cognac

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mushrooms wipe clean with a dry cloth or quickly wash in cold water. Cut into thin slices.

Onion peel and cut into half rings. Dissolve in a pan with 20 g butter, then simmer onion for 5 minutes.

Add to the onions mushrooms, fry over moderate heat for 10 minutes.

Give the mushrooms to cool. Add the mushrooms with onions, hard-boiled egg, walnuts, remaining softened butter.

Beat with a blender until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add brandy as desired. Mix well. Refrigerate not less than 1 hour.

Slice the baguette and roast the slices on a dry pan.

Spread with pate and sprinkle with green onions.
