Description
There is overseas a proverb: "If life gave you a lemon - make lemonade!" And we will go further and bake a lemon cake! These brownies will appeal to those who like sour. Aromatic, bright, with rich lemony taste. Crispy shortbread base and a thick lemon cream - a nice combination.

Cooking
First prepare the base. Butter should be warmed to room temperature and become soft. Add half of the sugar (1/3 Cup).
RUB the butter with the icing sugar to the cream.
Then adding the flour and salt, and thoroughly stir by hand. At first, everything will turn into dust, and with time you should get here is krohme dough.
