Lemon cakes
There is overseas a proverb: "If life gave you a lemon - make lemonade!" And we will go further and bake a lemon cake! These brownies will appeal to those who like sour. Aromatic, bright, with rich lemony taste. Crispy shortbread base and a thick lemon cream - a nice combination.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    70 ml

First prepare the base. Butter should be warmed to room temperature and become soft. Add half of the sugar (1/3 Cup).
