In continuing on the pumpkin! Very tender, melting in your mouth dessert that will appeal even to children. Recipe taken from the culinary magazine "Sale e pepe".

Cooking
Clean the seeds (leaving the peel) and cut into slices the pumpkin. On a baking sheet, an indoor baking paper, lay out the slices of pumpkin and bake in preheated oven 50-60 minutes at temp. 180°.
Cool the pumpkin. Clean it from the rind, cut into large pieces.
Grind, puree in a blender. You should get about 500 gr pumpkin puree.
In puree, add sugar, eggs and cream. Mix well. Add the cinnamon, pinch of saffron and ground cloves. Again mix well.
A rectangular shape (if you have not, and do not have! you can use round shape) grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour. Spread pumpkin mixture into the form, level and put in oven for 15 minutes at temp. 200°. Then reduce the temperature to 180° and leave for another 40 minutes. Allow to cool, cut into cubes and sprinkle the top with icing sugar.
