Cake
This recipe I have already published, if you remember, but without a photo! So corrected :))) This recipe gave us one friend so many years ago, for which we are still grateful! The cake is great and very satisfying - tastes like ice cream, because that is absolutely at one with sour cream and preferably in the home. Since I'm from Kazakhstan, with a good sour cream we have no problems! But if you're not home, you can take store-bought, but it was thicker.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    2 l

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    3 cup

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

    2 pack

  • Flour

    8 cup

  • Walnuts

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

1. Knead the dough: take 0, 5 liters of sour cream and pour into a Cup, add it to 1 tsp without slides soda (soda, not extinguish) and stir well so the sour cream foamed. Then add 1 Cup sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla and 3 -4 cups of flour. The dough should be as for pancakes.

2. Divide into 2 parts and bake 2 Korzh. Unfortunately, I cannot specify a temperature for the oven because baked not in the oven, and an electric "Wonder stove". :-[ In her cake turns out very tender and well raised!

3. Now prepare the batter for the second cake – take all the same ingredients: 0, 5 liters of sour cream, 3 eggs, 1 Cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 to 4 cups of flour, but add 2 tablespoons cocoa. Bake a brown cake.

3. On a dish to put the finished cooled white cake layer, spread well with cream, sprinkle with ground walnuts and 10 min to soak.

4. Put a second white cake, we grease with the cream and allow to stand for 10 min so that the cream is slightly absorbed.

6. Pieces of black crust to dip well into the cream and spread on top of white cakes to make ruins. In General, take creative imagination to work! :-) The finished cake sprinkle with crushed walnuts and refrigerate.
