Beautiful and delicious jelly. Very elegant look!!!

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

Soak gelatine in cold boiled water to swell. Then drain the excess water, gelatin dissolved in a water bath.

For coffee jelly, brew coffee, strain it, add half (1.5 tbsp) of sugar and gelatin. The mixture cool to room temperature.

Milk for jelly milk to connect with the second half of the specified amount of sugar, bring the mixture to a boil, add vanilla. Milk refrigerate, enter half of the prepared gelatin, cool the mixture to room temperature.

Ramekins pour a layer of milk jelly, refrigerate until gelling, and then a layer of coffee jelly, cool. Operation repeat to make several layers of milk and coffee jelly. Before serving molds for a few seconds lower in hot water, then, turning, put jelly on a dish. Decorate with lemon peel.
