Jam of dried fruits
Recycle dried fruit compote.

Ingredients

  • Dried fruits

    300 g

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

Cooked dried fruit (without seeds), lemon, sugar grind in a blender. They are hard milled, so as grinding add a bit of juice or water. Should get a dense puree mass.

Gelatin I didn't have in the bins were found jelly cake. I dry mix from a package mixed with 50 grams of sugar and added 150 gr. water.

Yeast dough at everyone. Today, I have a lean. Done in the bread maker : 1 tbsp yeast, 2 tbsp sugar, 200 ml water, 50 gr. vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp salt, flour 500-600 gr.

The taste is very similar to the Apple and plum jam, just the consistency is softer.
