Meatballs with rice – a real lifesaver for busy Housewives. This meat dish is nutritious and quickly prepared. C rice meatballs can be served on the lunch or dinner, with vegetables or without. Changing the sauces and gravy. In my recipe I use meatballs as a base for a light soup.

Cooking
The meat is washed thoroughly, spun in a meat grinder. Onions and garlic are finely chopped. You can skip the garlic through the press, and onion to scroll along with the meat. The rice several times washed in running water to full transparency. Combined ground beef, rice, egg, onion, garlic, salt and spices to taste. All are thoroughly mixed. From the resulting mass formed small balls. Meatballs can be used right away, but I put them on the cutting boards and put it in the freezer.
After freezing remove them from the Board and placed in a plastic substrate between the rows of packages 12 meatballs in each row. The substrate tightly wrapping in cling film and put in the freezer, where the fun will be stored until then, until I need it.
