Vegetable steak
During fasting, when you want something tasty, you can cook a variety of vegetable, but interesting and light meals, for example these vegetable steaks. They are very delicious and are surprisingly varied composition. Vegetable steaks perfectly combined with any meal. Cook them quickly and very simple. And most importantly they are very useful!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Corn flour

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion clean, finely chop. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool. Peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Carrots to boil, cool. Peel and grate on a coarse grater.

In a bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots and fried onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until smooth. Potato divide the dough into equal pieces (I got 10 pieces of 80 grams).
