Mushroom soup
Vintage recipe mushroom soup, brought from a remote village in the Udmurt Republic. The rich taste and aroma will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 handful

  • Allspice

The meat and the soaked mushrooms grind in a meat.

Wash the vegetables and clean.

In boiling water throw the minced meat and mushrooms. Salt.

While the broth is cooked, make the onion in vegetable oil carrots and onions. To the soup add the potatoes, browned vegetables.
