Cooking
To prepare the seasoning for the potatoes, mix peppers, dried thyme and dried onion with garlic. All, of course, take a taste. I took 1/3 of a teaspoon. Cut the potatoes into large cubes and roll in the seasoning. Fry on high heat, stirring occasionally.
Pepper peel and cut into strips. Tomatoes also cut into strips, removing seeds. Pour in the potatoes and season with salt.
Fry everything together a few minutes until tender, add parsley. That's all. Very tasty! Bon appetit!!!
