Marinated wings from the marinade, dry with paper towels, spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce "Buffalo". Melt in the pan butter.
Add sugar and warm, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves. Can instead of sugar to take the honey, but when heated above 50 degrees, it releases harmful substances, which is why I don't use it.
Add diluted tomato paste.
Balsamic vinegar. For lack, you can take an Apple or wine. If You have a regular vinegar, it is necessary to take a third less.
Add salt, garlic and Tabasco. Heat all together for 5 minutes.
