Cauliflower, baked oatmeal strasheim
Hearty, but easy dish, perfect for a hearty Breakfast. Tender cauliflower in creamy cheese sauce with crunchy inclusions stresses.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Oat flakes (for stresses and for the sauce) grind in a blender into flour. The resulting oat flour divided into two parts.
