Hearty, but easy dish, perfect for a hearty Breakfast. Tender cauliflower in creamy cheese sauce with crunchy inclusions stresses.

Cooking
Oat flakes (for stresses and for the sauce) grind in a blender into flour. The resulting oat flour divided into two parts.
To one part flour, add very cold butter, a pinch of salt and grind in a blender into crumbs. Put into the refrigerator.
Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences. Blanch in boiling water with a small amount of salt for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter
Pour the remaining oatmeal to cook, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Pour in the milk and chicken broth, stirring constantly, wait until the sauce thickens (5-7 minutes).
Remove the sauce from heat, stir in grated cheese.
Add the egg yolk, season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix well.

Sprinkle on top of oatmeal strasheim and preporuciti paprika powder. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
