Lemon pie
This is my old recipe, I just corrected) add photos. If guests at the door, and you only have an hour of time to make a delicious pie, take note of this recipe. Easy, fast and delicious. The cake will exude a subtle lemon flavor. Done 1 hour, greater the time from which the dough is in the refrigerator and baked in the oven, allowing time to prepare anything else.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

For starters margarine grate on a coarse grater and mix with flour. Mix better hands, it's faster and more convenient. Mix all the ingredients into a fine crumb. To collect a slide, make it deeper and add all the sour cream. Knead the dough. It should be soft.

Make dough into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with a plate and leave in the fridge for half an hour.

To make the filling: Lemon pour over boiling water and RUB on a small grater. Remove the stomach bones. A mixture of lemon and sugar stir well. Make the filling just before rolling the dough, otherwise it will become too thin and harder to close up the edges of the dough.

Remove dough from the refrigerator. Divided into two parts. One part roll out and spread with rolling pin on a baking sheet. Plug to do in several places punctures, so during baking it didn't.

The filling is spread on the layer and cover with second piece of rolled dough edge.. good to take to keep the stuffing from leaking during baking. Grease top with egg yolk and place in a preheated 220 degree oven. Bake until Golden brown. But the main thing - do not desiccate it!!!
