Cooking
Squid clean and cut into thin strips.
Prepare the marinade. Mix sweet soy sauce, Kikkoman rice vinegar, curry, squeezed garlic and chili pepper flakes.
Pour the marinade the squid and set aside to marinate.
Vegetables: carrots, garlic, green pepper, onion, green onions wash, peel. As the dish is prepared quickly, I advise you to prepare and chop all vegetables in advance. Carrots and green pepper cut into thin rings. A clove of garlic cut into thin slices, another RUB on a small grater. Onions cut thin arrows, green onion rings.
On a hot frying pan (best to use a wok) pour vegetable oil, put the plate of garlic.
As soon as the garlic aroma appears, put in a pan the chopped carrots and onion, fry until soft on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Put in a pan the squid with the marinade, on high heat fry for 1 minute.
Add green chilli, grated garlic and sliced green onions. Mix everything together, simmer for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, stir, turn off the fire, close the lid, leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Serve squid hot or cold, as an appetizer or main dish, a side dish perfect figure. I note that the dish due to the gravy turns semi-solid. Bon appetit!
