Ingredients for cooking potato pie
Potatoes to grate on the Korean grater or cut into thin strips.
In a bowl add cold water and rinse the potatoes, thereby to remove excess starch.
The potato strips to drain in a colander.
Potatoes spread on a paper or fabric towel to slightly dry.
To the pan add the vegetable oil. Fry potatoes in deep fat, not large portions.
Potato pie out onto a plate, sprinkle with a mixture of garlic powder and salt. Potatoes a little stir.
