Cooking

step-0
Products for the salad.
step-1
Peel the vegetables, wash and dry. To manually slice the beets thin strips, onion thinly along the onions and peppers are also thinner.
step-2
In the frying pan oil and put the beet strips. Stir a couple of minutes so the beets went limp. Pour vinegar and stir until it is evaporated. Pour soy sauce "Kikkoman" - I have a low salt content that is very helpful. Put the onions and pepper, stir one minute and remove from heat.
step-3
In a bowl, sprinkle black pepper and coriander svezhemoloty, cool.
step-4
Then I took a herring and photograph could not. Drain the beans, rinse well and dry. Nothing spoils a salad, as excess fluid. Add to the salad. The herring and carefully remove from oil and allow to flow around. Cut into pieces, leaving a few slices for decoration. Add to salad and mix well. Try it – you may want to acidify - sprinkle with lemon juice. And put in the fridge for half an hour then taste the salad will become saturated.
step-5
To serve, garnish slices of herring and green onions.
