Cooking
Flour mixed with baking powder, cocoa and pinch of salt.
Butter room temperature vzbit with sugar, add the egg and knead thoroughly. Instead of butter you can use sour cream or margarine.
In the egg-butter mixture gradually add flour mixture, knead until smooth. The dough will remain slightly sticky, add a little flour but don't overdo it!
Slightly wet hands to form the balls, lay them on a baking sheet at some distance from each other, during baking they will grow up)) Then with your finger make indentations in the middle and send not bake about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
The appearance of cracks on the surface of the cookie remove from the oven, it will be slightly soft, but it's only temporary! After cooling, the cookies will harden and the inside will remain pyshnenky. After the oven, it is desirable again to press a finger to the recesses. Half a bar of chocolate will be enough for this amount of ingredients, break chocolate and melt in any convenient way for you (I do this in the microwave), then the liquid chocolate is poured into the hollows in the cookies and allow to completely freeze.
