Sausage in the dough
There are Ukrainian radio two DJ: Sergei Galibin and Anna Sviridova. They live and play radiochemo are a fun family morning show. I just love these guys. They even manage to go intelligent. Before they were "Alarm clock-show" on Russian Radio-Ukraine, and in the summer for some reason switched to "Nashe Radio" and now are more family morning radio show: "hearty." And is there a heading: "the Breakfast hearty." That's exactly where I heard this recipe. I have long wanted to cook, but it does. And then bought sausages, and the house just stayed two scoops of mashed potatoes (well, neither there nor here), well, half Armenian lavash. Well, God himself commanded for the recipe to try out. And I prepared it for my twelve-year-old small daughter.


  • Sausage

    2 piece

  • Mashed potatoes

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Pita

  • Vegetable oil


Spread on pita and mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
So as he prepared for a child, and the sausages I bought.
Put the sausage on the pita.
Honestly, I thought that my pita will be one serving, but it turned out that this two sausages (or four small).
Fry in vegetable oil.
From all sides.
Until Golden brown.
And serve your honey. The sun said: "Very delicious!" Quick and tasty, and favorite man (and they have great kids), I think, also will not refuse this dish.
