Chicken Tandoori
Indian dish. If you've never tried chicken tandoori, we can safely say that you have never tried a real chicken! Perhaps some of you will object and disagree with me, but you immediately change your mind and change your point of view, when I cook and try the chicken on this wonderful and very simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

So, here's a poor hen that will soon become a memorable and unique dish of Indian cuisine.

Cut chicken thighs, remove the skin and cut through every inch.

Mix in a bowl or jar and one teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of hot red chili pepper and one teaspoon of ground paprika.

Now the most important thing!!! Our thighs will soak in yogurt with spices and the proper preparation of the brine (if you can call it that) will depend on the outcome. Of the spices we will need: 1 tablespoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon chili pepper 2 tablespoons paprika 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon ground cumin (cumin) 1 tablespoon dried herbs or 2 tablespoons fresh 1 teaspoon turmeric If you have such a rare Turkish as the spice "sumac", you can add one tablespoon. That's probably all, like, nothing is missed.

Now the cooking process. In the original, this dish is cooked in Indian oven Tandoori is an analogue of our Russian stove. But we have to manage to cook this dish at home, so we bake in the oven or on elektrogrile. If you decide to bake it in the oven, then turn the temperature to high, place the thighs on the grill and bake for 30-40 minutes. If you are cooking on the grill, then put the temperature to max and roast for 15-20 minutes on one side and 15-20 minutes on the other.
