Cooking
Finely chop all the greens, grate using a coarse grater cheese, salt a little (as cheese is salty and the pita bread too) and pepper.
Pita bread cut into 3 parts.
Put the filling on pita bread and roll envelope.
In a skillet heat a little oil, put the pita bread seam side down and fry from both sides, and Bon appetit!!!
