Caucasian dish
I decided to post the recipe for this dish after I read about a new contest - Special "Travel with taste", I remembered about a dish that we cook for all holidays, and which my parents brought back from one of his trips! The dish is prepared very simply and quickly, and most importantly - about its existence, very few people know, so if you want to surprise your guests, take note! :)

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Garlic

    5 piece

  • Khmeli-suneli

    10 g

  • Black pepper

    5 g

  • Pepper

    5 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Beef (lean) cut into small pieces and put to boil until tender.

The broth is drained, the meat to cool.

The meat is cut into small squares or split into fibers.

I sour cream was diluted and strained the broth as it was very thick, but if the cream is of medium thickness, not thin. Add all the spices, pepper, salt and garlic, mix well with a whisk until a homogeneous mass.

Add meat. Should be nearly liquid mass, as the meat will gradually absorb moisture.

Put in refrigerator until guests arrive. That's all! Bon appetit!!!
