Scrambled eggs with goat cheese and mint
Who said that September morning may not be as fresh and delicate as spring? If the green paint is getting smaller, no one will not prevent us to add them to your diet. This green omelet in the form of roll is prepared very quickly and consists entirely of healthy food. Beautiful, lush, sweet and refreshing - a treat for the eyes and the stomach.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Spinach

    50 g

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Wash mint and separate the leaves from the twigs, we only need the leaves.
