Yay! Finally started eggplant season, and I can eat, eat and eat your favorite blue... I love eggplants in any form, but these especially! Delicious and easy!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

My eggplants, cut into tabs of a thickness of 0.5 cm, sprinkle with salt and reserve in order to release the bitterness. But honestly, when there is no time I don't do that and it turns out not worse!

Then rinse eggplant of salt, spread on a greased baking sheet, top grease with a small amount of mayonnaise.

Cheese (if processed use, it before cooking you need to put in the freezer) RUB on a coarse grater, put on some aubergines. Put in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at a low temperature. During this time the cheese will melt.

Get the pan, sprinkle the eggplants with the garlic, skipped through the press. Put a few more minutes in the oven.
