    200 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Salt

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    5 piece

Cooking

step-0
250 g flour, 100 g butter, 1 egg, half a teaspoon of dry yeast and a pinch of salt, quickly knead the dough and put in a cold place for about half an hour.
step-1
Roll out the dough, spread in a greased form; the edges are raised high up. Put it into the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes (220°C).
step-2
Make filling. The oil at room temperature (100 g) mix with sugar, add 2 eggs, 50 g flour, little salt, finely grated zest, lemon juice, optional rum (I have cognac), and if bitter almonds (I didn't have one, and therefore not added). All this beat into a homogeneous mass. Heat the milk (not to boiling!), pour in the filling and intense beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until a homogeneous mass.
step-3
Take out from the oven of our preparation. I have a little bit swollen in the middle, so I poked it with a fork (just in case). Pour the filling and bake for 30-40 minutes until Browning.
step-4
Here's a cake to cut. Bon appetit!
