Cooking
Fruit, sugar and juice for cooking the jam in the picture. The juice itself was cooked the day before.
Pears wash, peel. remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Place in a deep pot for cooking the jam.
Peaches (can apricot) wash, remove seeds, cut at random (I slices), add to pears.
Add to the fruit all of the sugar, pour the Apple juice, stir and leave for 6-8 hours at night.
I left for the night. After that, boil 10 minutes after boiling.
Cool slightly softened mass and blend until smooth.
