Jam from pears
We have in the garden of an old pear. Sami pears we do not eat, they are also called "Gnilitsky". But jams are very tasty, caramel. Since I can remember, mom always cooked this jam. Try it!!

Prepare the syrup:pour sugar in water to boil. When the sugar is dissolved, add the prepared pears. Boil for 10-15 minutes and set aside until morning.

In the morning to cook the jam for 2 hours. It's a kind of wonderful caramel pear with tails. From this portion I got 3 liters of jam.
