Salad with cod liver
One of my favorite salads. And is prepared quickly and eaten immediately. Juicy, tender and stunningly attractive.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cabbage Chinese

    100 g

  • Spices

Rice put to boil according to the instructions on the package. In a salad bowl small cubes cut onion into thin strips Bulgarian pepper.

Cut Chinese Kale ( only the tender green part), eggs cut into cubes. Add pickles, cut into small cubes and cod liver oil, which will cut like a cucumber.

Add the rice and chopped dill, spices and natural yoghurt. You can replace sour cream or mayonnaise. As you like ( I have sour cream ). Carefully stir.
