Ingredients

  • Cherry

    3 kg

  • Sugar

    2 kg

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

The cleaned cherries from the bones and throws it in a bowl of water (add a little vinegar and salt: vinegar, not to dark cherries, salt, to out worms out of the cherries).

Boil the syrup: 1 l water + 2 kg sugar cook stirring until little thick on medium heat.
