Cooking
For one cake: whisk 1 egg and one third Cup of sugar (I used a little less), add a third of Cup of honey, 30 grams of butter (cut into pieces), zest of one orange, half a teaspoon of baking soda (Gasim lemon juice or vinegar) and a Cup of flour. If very thick, add a little yogurt. Pour in the form greased with oil and covered with pergammon and bake in preheated oven until tender.
Make two of these cake. While the cakes bake, make the sour cream (mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla) and separately RUB the cottage cheese with condensed milk (if using blender).
Each cake cut into two. Begin to collect the cake. The lower the cake impregnated with orange juice and stick it in the raisins.
Put on top of another cake (half), impregnated with the juice (in 2 times less than the first).
Spread the cheese mass, better cooling.
Put the third Korzh, sides at the level of the curds are closed up with pieces of the remaining halves of the cake (but leave more for dusting the sides of the cake). Coat the cake sour cream.
The remaining piece of biscuit grind into crumbs and sprinkle with the sides of cake, decorate top as desired. Put into the fridge for the night.
