Mushroom soup with chicken hearts
Left chicken broth from a previous recipe (cheese"Delight), found a use for it. My kids love mushroom soup. Lightweight, unobtrusive and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • The pie

    7 piece

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vermicelli

    100 g

  • Parsley

  • Bay leaf

  • Butter

    20 g

Cooking

peel the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces along.Throw in the boiling broth.Boil for 15 minutes.

carrots grate on a grater(medium cells) and along with the onions add the broth.Boil all together for another 15 minutes.

pour the pasta(I really can't "gossamer" was)

hearts clean from films and tubes,cut in half and add to soup 15 minutes after the pasta.

clean the mushrooms and cut into slices and in a saucepan.(the mushrooms I took are larger)

    для детей грибы не приемлемы. Сажать желудок с раннего детства, какая чы мать после этого?
