Pork shank in tomato marinade
Pork knuckle is always very tasty. And knuckle, marinated with spices in tomato marinade, it is doubly delicious, very juicy, sweet, fragrant and harmonious. Dish suitable for dinner at home and for the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    1 kg

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    200 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

The shanks need to marinate in advance, better in the evening. Tomatoes do with juicer freshly squeezed tomato juice, it took me 3 medium tomatoes.

Onions and garlic peel, cut.

Grind in a blender to a pulp.

Prepare the marinade. Mix fresh tomato juice, onion, garlic, mustard seeds and coriander, salt and a mixture of freshly ground pepper.

RUB the shanks with tomato marinade.

Put the knuckle in the oven bag, pour all the remaining marinade, let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, preferably overnight. Pickled knuckle and put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake for 1.5 hours. If you knuckle is larger than 1 kg for every 0.5 kg add 0.5 hours of baking.
