The products required.
Plum wash, remove seeds, cut into small slices.
In a saucepan put the plums. 2 tbsp sugar mixed with half a pack of Selfica (20 grams), add to plums and mix well. In any case, all the sugar is not immediately pour.
A pot is put on fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the remaining sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Cook for exactly 3 minutes from the moment of boiling. This is important because prolonged boiling gelling properties decrease. Remove from heat, pour into clean, dry jars and close with lids. To give the jam to cool to room temperature, then removed to a cool place. As with any jelly, jam prefers storage in the cold.
