Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Pepper cut in strips. Onion - half rings or 1/4 of the ring. Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
In a pan fry onion, pepper and carrots.
In another pan with heated oil fry the chicken pieces until Golden brown.
To the vegetables add the tomato paste, cover with water. Then add the flour and stir well. Lay fried chicken. Salt, add all the spices to taste. Stir and simmer on melanom heat for 5-7 minutes. Then add the peas and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve with your favourite side dish. BON APPETIT!!!
