Beef cut into thin strips, carrots grate on a grater (I rubbed on a special grater for the carrots), cut eggplant into thin wedges. Eggplant sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse them in water to bitter.
To make the sauce. Mix soy sauce, red pepper, minced garlic teeth. My dish was quite spicy.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the beef. Add the carrots. Lightly fry, pour a little water and simmer for 10 minutes. Then put the meat in the eggplant and simmer for another 20 minutes. If necessary, add some water. Simmer until the meat is cooked.
Then pour the sauce, stir, bring to a boil. Sprinkle the meat with sesame and flax seeds (or just one with sesame seeds).
